ISSUE OF DUPLICATES

Anyone may ask for a duplicate of his certificate to be drawn up if the original document has been destroyed, lost or stolen. Whatever the reason for the loss or destruction, the person concerned must present all the official supporting documents required to check the validity of the request (insurance claim, complaint receipt, declaration on honor, etc.). Only the FHH is authorized to hand over a duplicate, which is drawn up on the official printed document in the same way as the original. The word «duplicate» appears on the certificate. The person making the request must pay the administration and reproduction costs.
